• Q. Why Sealed With Love?

    A. Sealed With Love is dedicated to providing its clients with creations that are elegant, unique and completely their own. We offer a wide range of services, including: the full line of Envelopments® products, personalized note cards, wedding and party invitations, illustrated portraits, architectural renderings and much more. Sealed With Love specializes and takes pride in personal customer service. Clients work directly with Kristen through every step of the process - from idea generation, through proofing, and on to the press.

  • Q. I have a photo I would like incorporated into my custom design. How can I send this to you?

    A. You can email your digital photos in .jpg format to orders@sealedwithlovedesigns.com. If you have been given an order number, please include that in the subject line of your email.

    If you have print photos that need to be scanned, please mail it to us. To keep your photo protected, we recommend using cardboard reinforcement inside the mailer. After the production department has scanned your photo, we will mail it back to you free of charge. Please contact us for our mailing address.

  • Q. Can you design other stationery pieces to match the invitations?

    A. Definitely! We can design just about any sort of stationery piece you might want for your special event including place cards, menus, programs, and thank you notes.

  • Q. How are items priced?

    A. Each project is custom designed and unique to each client. To receive a quote, please fill out our Quote Request Form or contact us at info@sealedwithlovedesigns.com.

  • Q. What are your payment and shipping methods?

    A. We accept payment via check, money order or online payments via PayPal. Checks should be made out to Sealed With Love. Please contact us for our mailing address.

    Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. For orders within the US, please allow approximately 3-7 days to receive your package. Upon customer’s request, expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for shipping outside the US.

    If you are in the Western New York area, you have a pick-up option for your order. You can pick-up orders at our office location for no shipping charge. Please contact us for details.

    For New York residents only, a NYS sales tax will be automatically added to the subtotal of your order.

  • Q. When should I mail my wedding invitations?

    A. Wedding and Party invitations are generally mailed out (6-8) weeks before the event date. For destination weddings, we recommend mailing invitations (10-12) weeks before the wedding date. When planning, we recommended ordering wedding invitations at least (4-5) months before the wedding.
